Microsoft Outlook shortcuts or hotkeys as they are often known, are the best way to save time using outlook. Once you pick up a couple of them and apply them you’ll see what I mean about time savers. Plus if you work in Outlook often, and most of us do, then you’ll come to appreciate the easy way to navigate the application as well as be more efficient in your work. Shortcuts are just a great idea the only challenge is memorizing the ones you’ll use often. Learn a few, ignore a few, but experiment with these Outlook shortcuts/ hotkeys and you will, no doubt agree that these are one of those good things to know.
